These terms cover this website. The agreement covering a wedding we film or photograph is the booking contract we send you, which takes precedence over anything here.

Using this site

You’re welcome to browse, and to share links to any page. Please don’t attempt to download, re-upload, re-edit or republish the films and photographs, use them to train a model, or present them as your own work.

Who owns the work

Copyright in every film and photograph on this site belongs to Apricot Weddings. Couples whose weddings appear here have agreed to their film being shown. If you are one of them and would like yours taken down, email apricot@pom-data.com and we will remove it. No explanation needed.

Accuracy

We keep prices, timings and availability current, but they can change. Nothing on this site is a binding quote; the figures in your booking contract are.

Links elsewhere

We link to venues, suppliers and our own social accounts. We aren’t responsible for what those sites do with your data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
