Privacy
Short version: we collect what the enquiry form asks for, we use it to reply to you and to film your wedding, and we don’t sell it to anyone.
What we collect
- What you type into the enquiry form: your names, email, phone number, wedding date, locations, budget and anything you add in the notes.
- If you book: the details needed to plan and invoice the wedding, and the footage and photographs taken on the day.
Why we have it
To answer your enquiry, to plan and deliver the work, and to keep the records HMRC requires. We don’t add enquiries to a marketing list.
Who else sees it
Our email provider, which carries your enquiry to our inbox; our hosting provider, which serves this site; and our accountant, for invoices. No one else, and never for sale.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don’t become bookings are deleted after twelve months. Booking records are kept for six years because tax law requires it. Your footage is archived indefinitely unless you ask us to delete it, so that we can recover it if you ever lose your copy.
Showing your wedding
We only publish a wedding when the couple has agreed to it, and you can withdraw that at any time by emailing apricot@pom-data.com.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see what we hold, correct it, or have it erased. Email apricot@pom-data.com and we will respond within a month. If we get it wrong, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
