Payment

No hidden line items and no surprise invoices. Everything below is repeated in your booking contract.

Holding the date

A 50% deposit secures the date. Until it clears, the date stays available to other couples. We can’t hold it informally. The deposit comes off the total and is non-refundable, because turning down other weddings for that date is the thing it pays for.

The balance

Due one month before the wedding. You can pay it in one go or spread it across monthly instalments from booking. Tell us which you’d prefer and we’ll set the schedule up when you book.

Extras

Anything added after booking, such as a second shooter, a drive of raw footage or an extra hour on the day, is invoiced separately and due before delivery. Travel and accommodation outside London are quoted before you book, never after.

If the date moves

Tell us as early as you can. If we’re free on the new date, the deposit and any payments move with it at no charge. If we’re already booked, we’ll try to find you a filmmaker we trust, but the deposit can’t be refunded.

If you cancel

The deposit is retained. Instalments paid beyond the deposit are refunded in full if you cancel more than three months before the wedding, and at 50% inside that.

Late payment

If the balance is outstanding on the wedding day we will still film it, but we can’t begin editing or deliver the files until it’s settled.

Find out if your date is still free

We take a limited number of weddings a year so we can give each one the time it needs. Saturdays in summer go first.
